My Space Vacation by: William Strong
This is a story of long ago when technology wasn't great. In the year 2009 there was very little in the way of technology. I amazingly helped save the world!
THE YEAR 2009
"Albert what are you doing this time?" "Working" he replied "On what"
He was always working on some crazy "SCIENCE" project, (science was his favorite thing to do.) He was just crazy with science and anything to do with science.
But that is not what I'm trying to tell. What I am trying to tell you is when I went to space on a mission to find technology of time travel.
So Albert made a space capsule and showed it to NASA. It was accepted and that it was started my adventures. NASA needed recruits to go through training and to go through space to find the secrets of the universe. NASA chose me for the space vacation of a lifetime.
In seven days, I reached planet Zorchaf AKA the vacation planet. The planet was full of kind Martians that loved laser tag. The planet of Zorchaf was like the reddishorange of Jupiter. The planet had a thick layer of grass that led to an atmosphere of oxygen all around the planet. My stay there was amazing. I met many Martians and aliens. I stayed at the Great Vorden Hotel. While I was there I got a sphere as big as a large marble. When you said secret words the sphere would project a map of the universe in which you could see the galaxy, solar system, planet and race. I also got to play what the aliens called advanced laser tag. The planet was full of many museums that taught me much about the extra-terrestrials and the solar system. I found out that the aliens could travel through time and have ways to tell the year on earth. I asked them what year it was and they told me it was the year 2977. They also mentioned to me that time goes faster in their galaxy, which they called the Coren. There was also an amusement park with many fun rides. Two of the rides let me ride on a comet, and. another one let me explore an amazing hamster cage with a huge labyrinth. One of my favorite rides was the meteor carriage where they used advanced , knowledge and machines to turn me into a meteor. I soared around space for many hours exploring the solar system. I decided after many days that it was time to go. The Martians gave me another sphere, which could take me through time and had the secrets of the universe. Then through the same spaceship I came I left Zorchaf. Back at earth I reported to NASA what I learned on the planet Zorchaf. I showed the scientist the sphere. The scientist took the sphere and duplicated it. Two weeks later the world had all new technology. That is how I saved the world.
